Our Vision

Our Vision

We aspire to having our customers see ITIL as a service, and start speaking of processes instead of the tools themselves.

We believe that this approach leads to simplification of the process, accessible and efficient operation of systems by users, and reduces customers’ dependence on the service providing company.

Unique Technology

Unique Technology

Our technology contains 20 years of experience in ITIL, and serves as an envelope for day-to-day processes performed automatically in organizations. Its advantages lie in its ability to shorten and streamline processes, a uniform interface, a simple approach to performing actions through a single point, and reducing the number of steps required to do so. At the same time, our customers benefit from a substantial reduction of 40% in assimilation and maintenance time of various services, thus achieving the monitoring of systems within a short period of time.

Assimilation Services

Assimilation Services

Our company’s assimilation process is based on cooperation with HPE Company. We provide construction, installation and assimilation services that integrate the unique technology we have developed. This is an orderly process in which emphasis is placed on efficiency and quick arrival at the production stage which includes, among other things: characterization and definition of needs, full assimilation of customized HPE systems, training in the use of the systems, and ongoing support in the long term.

In-depth Knowledge and Vast Experience

In-depth Knowledge and Vast Experience

Over the years, the founders of Claresis have carried out assimilation processes in large organizations such as banks, government institutions, airlines, and communications companies operating in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, and Israel. In these projects we have always worked out of a profound understanding of the importance of these services for our customers, and have performed them with the utmost success to their complete satisfaction.

Assimilation Services

Claresis works in close cooperation with HPE Company, providing solutions for its systems.
Our company is responsible for the construction, installation and assimilation of HPE’s systems,
and while doing so we integrate the state-of-the-art technology we have developed.

The Assimilation Process

The Assimilation Process

The assimilation process with our company begins with a characterization of the customer’s specifications and needs, including the technologies he uses, the services he provides, existing solutions, and actions being performed at present. At this stage, we assimilate HPE systems while customizing them and performing any and all developments needed. This is done in four key areas: clip solution, cloud automation, user experience, and predictive analysis. The assimilation is then followed by training the customer in use of the systems; thereafter, we provide ongoing support throughout the HPE contract period and the duration of the work being done on its systems.

Efficiency and Speed

Efficiency and Speed

We aspire in the assimilation process to reach the production stage as quickly as possible,
realizing the importance of the availability of our customer’s services to others.

Over the years, we have successfully performed assimilation processes in large, complex organizations based in Hong Kong, Germany, Australia, and Israel, including airlines, banks, government institutions and others.

Technology

Technology

Claresis systems are based on 20 years of experience in development and assimilation of ITIL systems, encompassing automatic processes that take place on a day-to-day basis in organizations. Their purpose is to shorten and streamline processes and reduce the number of steps required to perform them, while providing an easy, simple approach to operating them from a single point.

Solutions and Advantages

  • Assimilation and maintenance, with 40% reduction in assimilation and maintenance times in services such as cloud automation and service automation (discovery, monitoring etc.).
  • Simplification of complex actions: whereas until now sophisticated knowledge was required, we simplify the system, thus eliminating the need to perform basic procedures.
  • Automation of processes: whereas until now access to several different systems was required in order to perform actions, all tasks may now be managed from one site, with one interface.

Thanks to the technology we have developed, our customers benefit from considerably shortened assimilation times, thus achieving results and systems in production within a short period of time. Our company guides its customers through all stages of assimilation, out of an understanding of the importance of these services for them. We believe that the success of our customer's organization is our success too.
